These sites give you peace of mind about sending your information and credit card information. You may also be on these sites already.
Italki.com This is a very big site with many tutors and students. This site uses Skype and sessions are 30, 45, or 60 minutes long.
Verbling.com I really like this site. It uses google hangouts instead of Skype. This means you should have a good internet connection. Sessions are 60 minutes long. If you decide to sign up with Verbling you can use this link and get a $5 credit
